Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sameer Nass, expressed Bahrain's commitment to enhancing trade and commercial ties with Hong Kong, emphasizing the importance of strengthening the economic partnership and supporting business projects and investments between the private sectors of both countries to foster growth, prosperity, and sustainable development while advancing the mutual interests of both sides.
In cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Bahrain Chamber launched on Tuesday 26h March 2024, the first edition of “The Commercial Diplomacy Forum,” which witnessed the participation of 30 diplomats, including ambassadors from the Kingdom of Bahrain and senior diplomats.
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Sameer Nass expressed keenness on exploring business and partnership opportunities and joining efforts to augment the trade exchange between Bahrain and Paraguay. This came as received on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at the Chamber’s premises Jose Aguero Avila, the UAE-based Ambassador of Paraguay accredited to Bahrain.
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Samir Abdullah Nass, received Salah Ahmed Al-Medfaa, the Chairman of Bahrain Bar Society (BBS), and the members of the new board of directors, to congratulate them on the formation of their new board. Nass expressed his wishes for their success and prosperity in carrying out their entrusted responsibilities.
First Deputy Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Khaled Najibi emphasized Bahrain's commitment to enhancing cooperation, friendship, and partnership with Canada in various vital sectors. He commended the bilateral relations between Bahrain and Canada and the level of cooperation between the two sides, highlighting the role of the Canadian-Bahrain Parliamentary Friendship Group in strengthening relations to meet shared aspirations.
First Vice-Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Khalid Najibi in the presence of Second vice-Chairman, Mohamed Alkooheji and board member, Ahmed Alsaloom, received on Sunday March 3rd, 2024 at the Chamber’s headquarters, a high-level Hong Kong delegation presided over by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Algermon Yau who was accompanied by the Ambassador of Bahrain to China, Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Sheikho, Administrative assistant to the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Kerr Li, other officials from the Bureau, and representatives of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Dubai.
