General Questions

  • Through E-Key 2.0. (NOTE: only authorized individuals in the Chamber can access the portal)
  • In case you don’t have E-key 2.0, you need to enroll first and download the application into your mobile and then log in to the portal by following the instructions below: Web to App login : eKey Support

 

 

Digital Services Questions

• Issuing and attesting certificates of origin and invoices.
• Attesting commercial documents.
• Issuing membership certificates.
• Issuing membership details.
• Issuing membership cards.

  • Select the issuing certificates and invoices icon.
  • Fill in details such as invoice number, date, amount, currency, and importer information.
  • Upload a copy of the invoice and submit the application after the final review.

  • Log in to the platform.
  • Select the relevant service icon.
  • Search for the application and review its status (pending payment, approved, or rejected).
Commercial Document Certification Questions

  • Select the commercial document certification icon.
  • Choose the required membership and branch.
  • Upload the file and submit the application after completion.

  • You can modify the application based on the reasons for rejection and resubmit it through the platform.
Membership and Certification Questions

  • Select the designated icon for the service.
  • Provide required details such as membership, branch, and email.
  • Submit the request and download the certificate after approval.

  • Access the membership card issuance icon.
  • Enter the required details and submit the request.
  • The card can be sent to the entered email.
Technical Questions

  • Ensure that the file meets the supported size and format requirements.
  • Try uploading the file from another browser or refresh the page.

  • Yes, you need to have valid membership with the Chamber in order to access the self-service portal.

  • No, unfortunately this service is not currently available on the online portal. You need to visit one of the Chamber’s branches and apply to add an authorized person.

  • We aim to process e-attestation transactions within one working hour. Requests submitted outside our working hours will be handled on the next working day.
