Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Sameer Nass, received at the Chamber’s headquarters on Sunday 6th October 2024, a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) led by Deputy Division Chief in the Regional Analytics and Strategy Division of the Middle East and Central Asia Department, John Bluedorn.
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sameer Nass, underscored the importance of enhancing economic cooperation between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and Azerbaijan to bolster economic growth and achieve food security in the region. He noted the significant increase in trade volume between Azerbaijan and the GCC, which rose 2.5 folds last year to reach $175 million.
