Bahrain Chamber meets French Ambassador, FCCIB

Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Sameer Nass expressed pride in the growing relation between Bahrain and France, particularly in terms of business, investment and trade, as trade volume amounted to 512.5 million US dollars in 2023, a 33% growth from its levels in 2022.

Nass highlights pandemic's role in accelerating digital transformation in the region at the Annual Investment Forum

The President of the Union of Arab Chambers and Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry Sameer Nass, participated in the Annual Investment Forum held in Abu Dhabi under the slogan “Adapting to the Transformation of the Investment Landscape: Harnessing New Potentials to Promote Economic Development Globally,” in the presence of representatives of countries, major global investors, and international business leaders from the public and private sectors to review the latest developments and ways to promote sustainable development and future solutions for the global economy.

Bahrain Chamber participates in the 11th consultative meeting

Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Sameer Nass, stressed the importance of fostering Gulf cooperation to promote and increase intra-trade and achieve economic development, pointing to the importance of consensus between the Union of Arab Chamber. This came during the 11th consultative meeting of ministers of commerce and industry on Wednesday May 1st, 2024 in Doha, in the presence of the secretary general of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassim Al- bediwi and the chairmen of the union and the Gulf Chambers.

During her participation in the 50th Arab Labor Conference in Baghdad, Sonia Janahi calls for collaboration between the ILO and the Arab Labor Organization

Member of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sonia Janahi, emphasized the importance of cooperation between the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Arab Labor Organization to achieve social justice worldwide. This came during her participation in the events of the 50th session of the Arab Labor Conference in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, organized by the Arab Labor Organization.
