First Vice-Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Khalid Najibi in the presence of Second vice-Chairman, Mohamed Alkooheji and board member, Ahmed Alsaloom, received on Sunday March 3rd, 2024 at the Chamber’s headquarters, a high-level Hong Kong delegation presided over by the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Algermon Yau who was accompanied by the Ambassador of Bahrain to China, Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Sheikho, Administrative assistant to the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Kerr Li, other officials from the Bureau, and representatives of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Dubai.
In recognition for his remarkable contributions in enhancing and ensuring the sustainability of corporate social responsibility practices, the Regional Network for Corporate Social Responsibility named the President of the Union of Arab Chambers and Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Sameer Nass “The International Ambassador for Corporate Social Responsibility.” The announcement was made during the International Congress on Corporate Social Responsibility held on March 3, 2024, under the theme "Towards the Adoption and Development of Enhanced Legislation and Laws for Corporate Social Responsibility in Arab Countries.”

In the presence of Tourism Minister Fatima Al Sairafi alongside Shura and parliament members, economists, private sector leaders, experts, academics, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders interested in economic affairs, the Bahrain Chamber hosted the third edition of its annual committees’ conference themed “Towards an Enabling Economic Infrastructure.”
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Sameer Nass, received at his office on Wednesday 14th February 2024, the Ambassador of Germany to Bahrain, His Excellency Clemens Hach. The meeting covered various topics related to the economic landscape, shipping and energy challenges, as well as potential business opportunities and promising sectors.
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber Sameer Nass, praised the bilateral relation between Bahrain and Oman and the high-level cooperation across all fields, particularly the economic and trade. This came as he received on Sunday 11th February 2024 an Omani business delegation spearheaded by Oman Chamber board member Engr. Redha bin Jumaa Al Saleh in the presence of Bahraini Ambassador to Oman, Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al-Kaabi and the Chamber’s board members.
