Bahrain Chamber Earns Great Place to Work® Certification for Second Year

The Bahrain Chamber has distinguished itself once more by attaining the Great Place to Work® certification for the second consecutive year, an achievement that highlights its sustained institutional excellence within the Kingdom of Bahrain’s official ranking for the period from November 2025 to November 2026.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Sameer Nass celebrated the achievements with the chamber’s employees, expressing his pride in a milestone that reflects the commitment, professionalism, and dedication of the Chamber’s team in serving the commercial and industrial sectors. Nass noted that this prestigious certification embodies the positive work culture adopted by the Chamber and affirms the high level of competence that distinguishes its employees. He added that this recognition serves as motivation to continue advancing innovation, enhancing performance, and contributing to the growth of the national economy. He emphasized that renewing the certification reflects the Chamber’s success in building a collaborative and opportunity-based work environment, grounded in investing in human capital as a core pillar of institutional development.

 

Second Vice Chairman Mohammed Al Kooheji affirmed that the renewed certification reflects the Chamber’s commitment to providing a work environment that supports talent and delivers sustainable results.


Vice Treasurer Waleed Kanoo highlighted that this milestone strengthens the business community’s confidence in the Chamber and demonstrates the capability of its team in serving the private sector.


Board Member Yousef Salahuddin stated that workplace excellence forms a solid foundation for enhancing the Chamber’s services and economic role.


Board Member Dr. Waheeb Al Khaja added that receiving the certification for the second time confirms the success of the Chamber’s employee-empowerment strategies and productivity-enhancement efforts.

 

For his part, CEO Atif Al Khaja expressed his pride in achieving the certification once again, affirming that it reflects the Chamber’s commitment to developing and empowering national talent and fostering a work environment that enhances productivity and service quality. He praised the pivotal role of the Human Resources Department in developing modern work policies, launching professional development programs, and promoting a culture of transparency and communication, all of which contributed to building a sustainable and supportive workplace.
