Kanoo emphasized the importance of continuing to develop economic relations between the two brotherly countries, commending the deep fraternal ties and longstanding historical relations between Bahrain and Oman, as well as the continued growth and cooperation between the two countries across various fields.
During the meeting, Ambassador Dr.Al Kaabi expressed his appreciation for the ongoing coordination and cooperation with the Bahrain Chamber and welcomed further collaboration in several areas, including the Oman-Bahrain Investment Holding Company, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promoting entrepreneurship in both countries. He affirmed Oman’s aspiration to broaden the scope of this cooperation in a manner that serves the shared interests of the two brotherly countries.
The meeting also explored opportunities for cooperation in food security and pharmaceutical security, in addition to discussing mechanisms for leveraging shared expertise and expanding partnership opportunities between private sector institutions in the two countries.
