We are pleased to inform you that the Federation will participate as the GCC Integration Partner in organizing Restatex Real Estate Exhibition 2026, scheduled to be held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center from 11 to 14 February 2026, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the patronage and honor of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
This partnership aims to enhance the presence of the GCC private sector at the exhibition and provide an opportunity for member federations, chambers, and their affiliates across GCC countries to explore high-quality opportunities and major projects within the Saudi real estate market. This will contribute to expanding GCC economic cooperation, supporting investment activity, and strengthening integration among GCC markets

The exhibition is expected to witness wide participation from leading real estate companies and relevant government entities. The accompanying program will also include a specialized panel discussion entitled:
“Opportunities for GCC Cooperation in Real Estate Development”,
to be held on the second day of the exhibition, 12 February 2026.
