In implementation of directives of HRH Crown Prince, Prime Minister, to provide three job opportunities to job seekers, Bahrain Chamber launches call center in coordination with Labour Ministry

The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced the launch of a call center, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, to facilitate direct communication with private sector institutions and companies in the Kingdom. This initiative follows the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to present three job opportunities for every job seeker registered with the Ministry of Labor before the end of this year.

This center aims to encourage business owners to positively engage with the pioneering national initiative and invite them to offer as many job opportunities as possible, achieving the intended goal of integrating Bahraini talents into the labor market and providing career pathways that meet the ambitions of job seekers from various fields.

On this occasion, Sameer Nass, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated: "This initiative clearly reflects the vision of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and his commitment to making the Bahraini citizen the central focus of economic and social development plans. The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a development partner, reaffirms its full commitment to supporting this initiative by enhancing communication with the business community and encouraging companies and institutions to actively engage in it, which will contribute to expanding the base of job opportunities available to citizens, while also supporting employment strategies, family stability, and increasing productivity in the labor market."

Nass added that this national initiative will have multiple positive impacts on both the economic and social levels, explaining that it will help reduce unemployment rates, enhance the confidence of Bahraini youth in their capabilities and position in the labor market, and provide the private sector with a genuine opportunity to benefit from qualified national talents. He noted that the contribution of institutions to this initiative also represents a long-term investment in national human capital.

In this context, the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry called on all institutions and companies operating in the Kingdom to take the initiative to register through the Ministry of Labor's electronic platform and contribute to activating this national project, which reflects the spirit of true partnership between the public and private sectors.

The Chamber emphasized that the success of this initiative will not only provide jobs for job seekers but will also enhance the stability of Bahraini families, increase economic growth rates, and support the Kingdom's direction towards sustainable development and achieving the goals of Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030.
