Survey on Innovation and Skills Development in Private Enterprises in the Arab Region

The survey's main objective is to gather information on practices that drive innovation and skills development by private sector enterprises, focusing on their alignment with the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The key findings of the survey will be included in ESCWA’s Annual SDG Review 2024. Please note that all information and data collected through this survey will be kept strictly confidential. Your responses will be used solely for the purpose of deriving aggregate figures that will inform analysis and policy recommendations. Only aggregate data will be published.

Al-Ammar Architectural Forum

"Al-Ammar Architectural Forum" is attended by around 23 institutions from both the public and private sectors, with the aim of creating integration, mutual cooperation, and engaging all parties that can contribute to the creation of a stimulating, attractive, and sustainable environment in the tourism and real estate sectors in the North Al Batinah Governorate. The prominent entities participating in the forum include real estate development companies in the governorate, as well as the Sultanate of Oman as a whole, government companies that undertake projects and implement urban strategies in the governorate, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the tourism and real estate sectors, factories, and companies that provide advanced construction solutions to increase quality, accelerate work, and reduce costs. Additionally, major companies in the governorate will participate and have the opportunity to present business opportunities and register suppliers, along with academic institutions in the governorate. The forum will include an exhibition showcasing specialized companies in the tourism and real estate sectors, with an expected participation of no less than 23 companies and institutions in this exhibition, providing an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises to learn about the latest experiences and exchange innovative knowledge in this regard.
