Conditions for applying for registration in the mediators list:
1- Fill in the registration application form.
2- The applicant must obtain academic or professional qualifications in his field of specialization.
3- Practical experience in the field of mediation in three cases as a minimum, or passing the training program for preparing mediators accredited by the Center for Settlement of Commercial Disputes in the Bahrain Chamber, or equivalent professional certificates from accredited centers.
4- Submit a certificate of good conduct from the competent official authorities (updated).
5- Payment for the request for registration in the mediators table is (50)BHD, non-refundable. Payment for registration in the mediators table for the first time in the centre is exempted.
(50) BHD in exchange for renewing registration in the brokers’ list for a period of three years)
